Targeted Collaboration for Impact (Facilitated Mini-Cohort)
This facilitated experience combines access to asynchronous content with synchronous sessions designed to help you plan for integrating targeted collaboration into your daily practice while navigating the challenges of education in the COVID-era.
Module 1: Cultivating a Culture of Collaboration
Upon completing this module, educators will be able to initiate and build a strong foundation and planning for systematic collaboration by engaging in interactions with a common purpose, both formally and informally.
Module 2: Understanding Student Potential
Upon completing this module, educators will be able to seek and apply multiple perspectives to deepen understanding of student needs and abilities.
Module 3: Building Professional Partnerships
Upon completing this module, educators will be able to partner with professionals to adapt and tailor their practice by integrating principles of differentiation into instructional planning efforts.
Module 4: Communicating for Consistency
Upon completing this module, educators will be able to distribute/coordinate and communicate timely and relevant information to ensure consistency and carryover between supporters of the student.
